You will receive your e-tickets the week of the event by email. You don't need to print them out, you can show them on your mobile phone. Don’t worry, you will receive your tickets in time to go to the event.

In accordance to the laws on electronic commerce and distance selling it is not possible to cancel the purchase of tickets, neither to obtain reimbursement of nominal value, nor to change the date, or to modify the order. We recommend that you give your tickets as a gift to a third party or offer them for sale on our website. However, you can contact us and our team will study your case.

Unfortunately we do not offer tickets for wheelchair users. We recommend that you contact the event organiser so that they can help you.

If you need to change the name on your tickets, please contact us with the details of the new attendees and we will send you new tickets with the new details.

If you order 2 or 3 tickets: your seats will be next to each other.

If you order 4 or more tickets: your seats will be next to each other, or, if this is not possible, we will provide a combination of groups of seats (at least in pairs, for example 2+2 or 2+3).

Tickets are sent by email in PDF format to show printed at the entrance or from your mobile phone. You will find more information in your booking confirmation email.
