About the Event
Tokio Hotel at Roma Summer Fest 2027
Tokio Hotel come to Rome on Wednesday 14 July 2027, playing the Cavea of the Auditorium Parco della Musica as part of Roma Summer Fest 2027 — one of the first two names announced for the edition, alongside Take That, in the summer the Auditorium marks its 25th anniversary.
Twenty years of a band that never stood still
Formed around twin brothers Bill and Tom Kaulitz, Tokio Hotel broke out of Germany in 2005 with Durch den Monsun and turned into one of the most recognisable pop-rock acts of the last twenty years, reinventing themselves from teenage rock phenomenon to a sleek electronic-tinged live show with a devoted international following.
The venue
The Cavea is the open-air amphitheatre at the heart of Renzo Piano’s Auditorium Parco della Musica complex, north of the city centre in the Flaminio district — summer concerts under the Roman sky, framed by the three scarab-shaped concert halls. Tram 2 from Piazzale Flaminio stops nearby.
